The objective of this work package is to ensure the efficient administrative, financial, and technical management of the RevHydro project in accordance with Horizon Europe requirements. The work package covers coordination among partners, monitoring of progress, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Project management activities will include reporting, risk management, data management, ethical compliance, and internal communication. The work package ensures timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, effective collaboration within the consortium, and alignment with the overall project objectives.
